These terms apply to your use of socialshop.co ("SocialShop", "we", "us") and to any service you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. This page is a plain-English starting point and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

1. Our services

We provide promotional services that increase visible engagement metrics (such as followers, likes, views or plays) on third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Spotify or SoundCloud. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. No guarantees about platforms

Platforms set their own rules and may remove engagement, limit reach or take action against accounts at any time. We do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, reach, income or account standing. You are responsible for deciding whether our services are appropriate for your account and for complying with each platform's terms.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
  • You must own, or be authorised to promote, the account or content you submit.
  • Your account or content must be public until delivery finishes.
  • You must not use our services for content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.

4. Orders and delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates. Orders may be paced over hours or days. Changing your username, making your account private or deleting content during delivery may cause the order to fail, and that may not be refundable.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. The price at the time of your order applies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of an account, revenue or reputation.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
