• Order details: the public username or link you submit, the service and quantity, and your email address.
• Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregated usage statistics (for example pages viewed and device type).
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

What we never collect

Your social media passwords. We will never ask for them.

Why we use it

To deliver and support your order, send receipts, prevent fraud, and improve the site.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with service providers who help us run SocialShop (hosting, payments, email, delivery partners). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing. Email hello@socialshop.co.

Cookies

The site works without marketing cookies. Our free tools run in your browser and do not send what you type to us.
